Bill Scott, Bio: Bill Scott joined the mobile data industry in 2000, as VP Latin America for Infospace. There he launched the region’s first mobile portals. Subsequently Bill held VP Latin America positions for Critical Path and Openwave.

In 2007, Bill became VP Sales & Business Development for GetJar, where he is responsible for all customer interface and partnerships. GetJar is the world’s largest independent cross-platform app store with 50 million downloads per month. GetJar hosts over 50,000 apps for all mobile platforms, including Java, Android, Blackberry, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Palm, FlashLite, etc.

Bill is originally from Seattle, WA. He has a BA in Philosophy from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Michael Finegan, Michael is the Manager of Sprint’s Norcal National Solutions Engineering team, supporting $140,000,000 annual wireless and wire line revenue. The team focuses on the Fortune 100 customers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Michael started his tenure at Sprint in 1997. He previously provided technical sales support for a systems integration company, selling client server applications, Local Area Networking, and IBM (AS400, System 36, and Series 1) midrange systems. This provided him with the requisite knowledge needed for designing systems architectures. As a Solutions Engineer for Sprint, Michael designed telecommunications infrastructures and Wide Area Networks. Michael specializes in designing Wireless and Wire Line WAN topologies, integrating MPLS, Dedicated IP, IP Telephony, SIP Trunking, Wireless Email solutions, and Machine-to-Machine communications.

Bill Maggs is the head of developer and ecosystem for Sony Ericsson in North America. Previously he worked at Palm and Motorola. He has been working in the mobile industry for 10 years.

Colin is a recent addition to Flurry’s business development team, where, as product evangelist and business development manager, he works with Flurry’s 10,000+ developers and publishers on both business optimization solutions and product enhancements. Flurry, which provides mobile analytics and marketing solutions, has more than 100M agents reporting across four platforms: iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and Java. Previous to the mobile space, Colin was the head of product management for the social network, TBD, where he focused on audience segmentation, microtransactions, and feature development. Colin has covered the technology sector as a producer and a journalist, writing and editing for macHOME Magazine and Columbia University, among others.
